The aluminum dog doors are rugged and durable, made of aluminum.

Both single flap and dual flap models (for extreme climates) are available for this wall mounted door.

Slip joint the Tunnel sections as part of the door, making installation a simple slip joint installation. There is no tunnel cutting to length required simply slip one tunnel inside the other and compress with clamps until it fits the thickness of your wall then secure.

Flexible unbreakable flaps seal against the aluminum frame with a brush weather seal, which is held in place by powerful magnets.

Ultimate security is provided via a tough composite panel with a robust locking mechanism. The TPU flaps remain flexible in extreme climates unlike PVC flaps which become brittle and fail.

Description:

Flap - Tested in extreme climates like Alaska and Arizona. Our flexible flap is made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) resin. Our flap will not puncture, tear, or change shape in extreme low or high temperature. Dark tint to prevent sun damage and increases insulation and security. On the single flap version, the flap is on the outside frame.

Dual Flap Version - this is a superior insulating pet door. It creates an air pocket between the flaps and doubles the protection against drafts, and wind blowing the flap open.

Frame - Designed to be rugged and stylish. Unlike other metal framed dog doors that have flat metal frames, Pet-Corp dog doors have a beveled frame.

Just like a picture frame. Like the photo good enough to be framed, our frame is good enough to have a photo in it.

Security Panel - Pet-Corp security dog door's security panel is made of composite panel is composed of a CLASS 1 (BS476) thermoplastic- polyethylene core, sandwiched between two aluminum alloy sheets through a continuous heat & pressure process with the problem-free lamination adhesive foil. It is an extremely rigid, almost unbreakable panel mainly used for the cladding of buildings.
