You will receive an automated email with your tracking information on that information has been entered into our system.
All items must be inspected upon delivery. Also, items received unopened with exterior damage MUST NOT BE ACCEPTED! Contact US IMMEDIATELY - We will contact the shipper to make a claim. PLEASE CONTACT US - VIA E-MAIL - firstname.lastname@example.org."
Please include your order # in the email and specify the damage. Any products received damaged must be reported to us within 3 days of delivery in order to file a claim. No exceptions.
Most items usually ship within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. If for whatever reason, the item ordered is on back order, we will notify you by email.
We can usually ship products to Alaska & Hawaii, Virgin Islands and other areas outside the continental U.S. however, these items will require special handling. If you place an order from these areas, we will contact you to confirm the method of shipping and cost, prior to fulfilling the order.
Some areas OUTSIDE the continental U.S., such as the Virgin Islands and other islands, IE. Florida Keys, may not be able to receive shipments from our company and shippers. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
From time to time shipping charges for heavy items or orders with multiple products will be higher than our cart calculated. If this is the case, you will receive an e-mail showing the additional shipping quote along with a request for your approval to ship the order. With your approval, your credit card will be charged accordingly.
