Installation:

Slide wheels over axle putting pressure on metal clip with fingers. As you slide the wheel over the axle the wheels will lock in place.

The bag attaches to the frame using the Velcro on the front and back. There are two strips of Velcro on the front of the bag, one for the front flap and one for the lid. Simply reach into the bag and press the front and back Velcro pieces together to hold the bag in place.
